Again I'm not dead, I just draw very very slowly and produce barely nothing outside of work. Now that my sister is here I hope she'll kick my ass from time to time so that I draw more. I just don't feel motivated after spending the day in front of Photoshop at work.
Bucky again because my sister and I are already waiting for Cap 3 this spring! It's already planned to go and see it!

comment tag game. My word is : Dark. I found some artworks of yours in gallery that related to this theme, but I choose this one because this drawing represent a dark character. His expression and the glare of his eyes painted nicely! It makes his dark aura stronger.
I like how the background tentacles interact with Bucky, those tentacles can have many meaning : drag him to the dark side and act as shackle that restraint him. I don't watch captain america, so i don't familiar with this character, however i can tell that he is the villain. And your drawing represent that very well! Your shading is gorgeous, the dark shading made realistic effect and with the touch of that lighting, the realistic feel increased more. I think the part i like the most is his face and that right hand armor. The lighting defined steel material realistically ^^
However, i think you should add little highlights on the edge of his right chest. nice choice of texture on the background!
I think his face is too oval? Perhaps because his chin is too long and his dark hair covering his cheeks. But for overall proportion i think it's still nice~ i have confussion about the lightsource, it seems like the light source is from up-front?
Is there any other light source in the bottom? Because i see some red hightlights on the chin, steel arm and buttons. If so, The lighting pretty inconsistent on this part. I think you need to add more highlights on the edge of lower tentacles and hair.
Overall, i think you did a great job on this! I like the color palette you choose for this. You manage to capture the atmosphere.
